Shipping & Returns Policy

At Wristbands247, we make ordering easy and reliable. Stock wristbands ship in 1–3 business days, and custom wristbands ship 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Returns are simple, with no restocking fees.

1. order processing

Stock Wristbands

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

Custom Wristbands


Production begins only after:

  • Full payment is received, and
  • Final artwork/design approval is confirmed in writing.
  • Production time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to incomplete information, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within United States, Canada & and International 

 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
 

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6– business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Depending on location and where available)

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

 

International Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties, customs fees, and import charges (if applicable)

3. risk of loss & delivery

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, third parties or other events beyond our control.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

We are not liable for packages lost due to inaccurate address information.

4. lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • You must notify us at hello@wristbands247.comwithin 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Photographic evidence of damage may be required.
  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier.

Replacements or refunds will be issued only after carrier investigation and confirmation. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.

5. returns & refunds

A. Stock Wristbands

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused,
  • In original packaging,
  • In resalable condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for returned items that are opened, damaged, or not in original condition.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

B. Custom Wristbands (All Sales Final)

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

  • All custom wristband sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once production has begun.

Exceptions – Manufacturing Errors/Defects Only

If your order contains a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect color, incorrect size, or missing approved design elements):

  • You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Detailed photos of the defect must be provided.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Remake the order at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a partial or full refund.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer-approved artwork errors
  • Minor color variations
  • Slight size or alignment variations within industry tolerance standards

6. order cancellations

  • Stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet shipped.
  • Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins.
  • A production or administrative fee may apply to canceled custom orders.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

7. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the products in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, event disruptions, or reputational damages.
