Different parks need different wear times. Choose the perfect material based on duration, comfort, and security level.
Tyvek® wristbands (great for day passes)
Tyvek® looks like paper but performs like plastic—lightweight, comfortable, tear resistant, and waterproof for high-volume entry. A secure adhesive closure helps prevent transfers. Ideal for general admission and short stays, typically up to 48 hours.
Plastic wristbands (strong for multi-day use)
Plastic bands are durable, waterproof, and commonly feature a secure snap closure for non-transferable access. They’re a smart pick for resort programs, weekend events, and repeat re-entry—often used for up to one week depending on conditions and policy.
Vinyl wristbands (maximum durability + comfort)
Vinyl event wristbands use a comfortable three-layer construction designed for longer wear in active environments. With a tamper-resistant closure and high durability, vinyl works well for memberships, staff identification, and extended access—often used for up to two weeks.
RFID wristband (speed + data for modern parks)
RFID wristbands can reduce friction across the facility by linking a guest’s band to access rules or point-of-sale workflows. Parks often use RFID to speed up concession lines, manage cashless payments (so guests don’t carry wallets), and connect bands to locker rentals for secure storage without a physical key. Some RFID systems can also help monitor and limit activity durations (time-based attractions) and support child-safety workflows—certain setups can help staff respond faster when a child is reported missing.
